Thank you everyone for joining us on 2018’s culinary journey.
Like so many over the January period, we’d like to inform you that Bacchus is also taking a short holiday.
Closing for lunch and dinner from January 1st until January 24th, reopening on Friday 25th January with a feast of flavoursome degustations and a la carte menu for the new year.
During this time our Buffet Breakfast will still be available each morning and High Tea will be available on Saturday & Sunday afternoons.
We’d love to welcome you back from 25th January 2019 with our first Seasonal Degustation … The Crudo!

The Crudo follows in the delicious footsteps of the highly successful Bacchus 2018 Seasonal Degustation Program which paid culinary tribute to the Queensland Coast, Easter (Egg), Beef, Truffle and of course, the sold-out Valentino Marcattilii experience.
The word Crudo actually means raw. And the meticulously designed and tastefully assembled “Crudo Degustation” will feature 8 courses of fish, crustaceans and meats, prepared with different flavours and techniques, featuring Australian products, and local fruits in the finale dish.
So please join us then; for a new and exciting dining experience in Bacchus.
