One Night Only Series at Bacchus
Partnering with Rural Aid for Drought + Fire Relief
Bacchus Restaurant has just announced a food lovers nirvana – The One Night Only Series, a program of four special culinary events featuring superstar chefs cooking with Bacchus Head Chef Massimo Speroni to shine the light on Australian produce, while raising funds for Rural Aid and those affected by drought and fires.
The chef line-up includes Queensland food champions Alastair McLeod and Matt Golinski, acclaimed Japanese flavour specialist Adam Lane and Western Australian flavour-maker and leader of the current WA Restaurant of the Year, Nic Wood. Each dining event will feature a degustation menu, a Q&A session with the chefs as well as arrival canapes and drinks. $100 from every ticket sold from all four dining events will go direct to Rural Aid to assist those affected by the devastating Australian drought and bushfires.

The brainchild of Bacchus Head Chef Massimo Speroni, The One Night Only Series is intended to celebrate flavours from all over Australia, under the culinary direction of the chefs that have a passion in those areas.
