For the very first time celebrate the arrival of 2018 by indulging in a carefully crafted New Year’s Eve Degustation dining experience while enjoying the intimate surrounds of our exclusive Bacchus Restaurant.
Head Chef Massimo Speroni has designed the ultimate four course degustation menu crafted using only the finest local ingredients. Head Sommelier Andrew Giblin who has worked closely with Head chef Speroni to create the perfect pairing of wines or experience amazing with our Sommeliers Private selection from our award winning wine list.
Guests have the choice to indulge at our first seating with bookings available from 5.30pm, following your ultimate degustation guests are invited from 8pm to enjoy a glass of Moët et Chandon Brut Impérial on our exclusive lower pool terrace, enjoy the festive fireworks display and celebrate in style.
For guests wishing to step out after dark our second seating has bookings available from 8.15pm where you will begin your Bacchus experience in our exclusive Bacchus bar sipping Champagne and enjoying decadent canapés before moving through to the dining room to continue your culinary dining experience. From 11pm guests are invited to move to our exclusive lower pool terrace to enjoy a glass of Moët et Chandon Brut Impérial, celebrate with fireworks and welcome the new year in style.
For a intimate experience our Bacchus Bar will be open exclusively for our restaurant guests.
