Celebrate the arrival of 2019 by indulging in a carefully crafted New Year’s Eve Degustation dining experience while enjoying the intimate surrounds of our exclusive Bacchus Restaurant.
Head Chef Massimo Speroni has designed the ultimate four course degustation menu crafted using only the finest local ingredients. Head Sommelier Andrew Giblin who has worked closely with Head Chef Speroni to create the perfect pairing of wines. To experience something spectacular Andrew Giblin has also curated his private selection from our award winning wine list.
Guests have the choice to indulge at our first seating with bookings available at 6pm, following your ultimate degustation guests are invited from 8pm to enjoy a glass of Moët & Chandon and enjoy views of the festive fireworks display across South Bank while celebrating in style.

For guests wishing to step out after dark our second seating has bookings available at 8pm where you will begin your Bacchus experience in our exclusive Bacchus bar sipping Champagne and enjoying decadent canapés before moving through to the dining room to continue your culinary experience. From 11pm guests are invited to enjoy a glass of Moët & Chandon, celebrate with fireworks and welcome the new year in style.
