Celebrate the arrival of 2020 by indulging in a carefully crafted New Year’s Eve Degustation dining experience while enjoying the intimate surrounds of our exclusive Bacchus Restaurant.
Head Chef Massimo Speroni has designed the ultimate three & five course degustation menus; crafted using only the finest local ingredients. Head Sommelier Andrew Giblin, who has worked closely with Head Chef Speroni, has created the perfect pairing of wines. To experience something spectacular, Andrew Giblin has also curated his private selection from our award winning wine list.
Guests have the choice to indulge in the three course option at our first seating with bookings available at 6pm. Following your ultimate degustation experience, guests are invited from 8pm to enjoy a glass of Moët & Chandon and enjoy views of the festive fireworks display across South Bank while celebrating in style.
For guests wishing to step out after dark our second seating has bookings available at 8.30pm where you will indulge in the five course degustation before enjoying a glass of Moët & Chandon to celebrate with fireworks and welcome the new year in style.
