One Night Only Series at Bacchus
Partnering with Rural Aid for Drought + Fire Relief
The One Night Only Series, a program of four special culinary events featuring superstar chefs cooking with Bacchus Head Chef Massimo Speroni to shine the light on Australian produce, while raising funds for Rural Aid and those affected by drought and fires. Acclaimed Japanese flavour specialist Adam Lane will call the Bacchus kitchen his home for the night of March 11. Lane currently heads up Yamagen at QT on the Gold Coast, and prior to that was at Sake in Sydney and Tetsuya’s before cooking beside Nobu Matshlsa at the famed Nobu and with David Thompson at London’s Nahm.
