Gift vouchers will be mailed to the recipient's postal address unless otherwise indicated. Please note that delivery may take up to 7 - 10 business days.
If you request to collect the voucher from Rydges South Bank these need to be collected within 7 days of purchase from the Hotel Lobby. Please allow 24 hours for processing and printing.
Please note currently our office hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am - 3:30pm.
Vouchers are not available as an electronic copy.
